SUN DRIED TOMATOES

Dried tomatoes are produced from the sound, whole, ripe, red tomatoes selected, washed with microbiologically controlled water, halved, salted (on client request) and sun dried under controlled conditions and inspected before packaging.

– Colour:  Uniform-Red
– Tomatoes out off colour uniformity Max. 2%
– Flavour: Characteristic of tomato without off tasted
– Cut: in halves

Chemical Specification :
– Moisture Content 10-14%
– Incase of Dried Tomato 6%
– Salt Ratio max. 8-9%

Packing:
-Food grade polythene line, corrugated cardboard boxes In Carton10 k.g

Storage Conditions:
-Store in dry hygienic place at +3° C
